GIVE YOUR FOOT A SPECIAL TREATMENT AT HOME!

Cleaning

Soak your legs in a tub of lukewarm h2o. Add a few drops of essential oils (peppermint or lemon) to the h2o. You can also add ½ ounce of your preferred shower salt and one tablespoon of olive oil to the h2o. Bath salt will help in softening the dry skin while olive oil will help in moisturising. Dip your legs for about 20 minutes. Add shampoo or whole body clean to the h2o to rev up the lather. Eliminate your legs once the h2o turns cool. Fresh your legs using a soft feet sweep. Add whole body clean to the sweep and clean your pumps, feet and sole. Use a filer to eliminate to clean up the dirt under the toe claws. Push the cuticles back using a cuticle pusher. Trim your claws using a nail clipper.

Exfoliating

Use a pumice stone or a feet scraper to clean your legs. Implement a little clean on your legs and rub on your pumps as dead cells tend to accumulate there more. If you want to use a natural clean try using two tbsps of oil with two tbsps of sugar. Exfoliate every part of your legs and once done relax them again in h2o. Wash your legs with cool h2o and pat them dry using a clear towel.

Massaging

Apply a good moisturizer and knead the soles of your legs for relaxation. Implement the lotion with strong rubbing action starting at the feet and ending at the calves. Massage the base of your legs, arch, heel, between the feet and each toe individually. Massaging would improve the blood flow in your legs. You can also use fresh homemade cream with fresh freshly squeezed orange juice for rubbing your legs. Moisturizing your legs is extremely important as hot h2o causes the legs to become dry.
